Save Mt Canobolas

An environmental and cultural assessment of the Canobolas State Conservation Area is currently being undertaken and could clear the way for over 60 km of new mountain bike trails, plus infrastructure. This should be opposed for three reasons:

  1. The park is too small for such a huge development;
  2. Environmental impacts on unique and fragile ecosystems would be too severe
  3. There are perfectly adequate alternative sites.
